→ Website Development: We design and develop custom websites based on client requirements. Final delivery is subject to receiving complete project requirements and full/agreed payment.
→ Software & App Development: Custom software and mobile applications are developed per agreed specifications. Any changes in scope after project start may result in additional charges.
→ Digital Marketing: We manage ads and marketing campaigns. Results may vary and are not guaranteed as they depend on market conditions, audience, and other factors beyond our control.
→ Domain & Hosting: We register domains and set up hosting accounts. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed.
→ Digital Store (Subscriptions & SMM): Digital products including subscriptions and SMM services are delivered after payment verification. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
→ Business Email: Professional email setup services are provided as described. Service continuity depends on the hosting and domain being active.

💳 4. Payment Terms

→ Advance Payment: Most projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.
→ Payment Methods: We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. Payments must be made to the official accounts listed on our website.
→ Verification: All payments must be verified by our team before work commences. Please upload your payment proof through our payment page.
→ Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment is generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as described in our Refund Policy.
→ Currency: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
→ Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

🔄 5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

→ Before Work Starts: If you cancel before we begin work, a full refund of the advance is provided.
→ After Work Starts: If you cancel after work has commenced, refunds are assessed based on the percentage of work completed. The advance may be partially or fully retained.
→ Completed Projects: No refunds are provided for completed and delivered projects.
→ Digital Products (Store): Subscriptions and SMM services are non-refundable once delivered, as these are digital goods.
→ Hosting & Domain: Domain registration fees and hosting fees paid to third-party providers are non-refundable.
→ To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the issue arising.

⏰ 6. Project Timelines & Delivery

→ Project timelines are estimates and provided in good faith. Actual delivery may vary depending on project complexity, client response time, and scope changes.
→ Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, delayed feedback, delayed payments) are not our responsibility.
→ We will communicate any delays promptly and work to deliver the project as soon as possible.
→ Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to team availability.

→ Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.
→ We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
→ Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, frameworks) remain subject to their original licenses.
→ Tech SG Studio's name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be used without prior written consent.

→ Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion.
→ Clients must ensure they have the legal rights to use any content, images, or materials they provide to us.
→ Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
→ Clients must not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
→ Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data and files.

⚠️ 9. Limitation of Liability

→ Tech SG Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
→ Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
→ We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service interruptions (hosting downtime, domain issues, platform outages, etc.).
→ We do not guarantee specific results for digital marketing campaigns, SEO, or SMM services as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

→ We treat all client information, project details, and business data as strictly confidential.
→ We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
→ Clients agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, pricing structures, or internal processes of Tech SG Studio.

→ You agree not to use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
→ You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
